Roskosmos to invest 4 million Euro in modernization of Armenian observatory
Russian federal cosmic agency Roskosmos and Byurakan astrophysics observatory of the Armenian Academy of Sciences will sign memorandum on cooperation according to which the Russian side will provide 4 million EURO for modernization of the observatory, said the director of observatory Hayk Harutyunyan.
