A Soyuz-U carrier rocket is scheduled to launch from the Plesetsk launch complex at 19:00 Moscow time, 16th April, 2010. The rocket is to orbit a Cobalt-M type optical intelligence gathering satellite. Once in orbit, the spy satellite will likely to receive the designation Kosmos-2461. __________________
