Update:
The 44 - 99 metre wide asteroid 2010 FC made a close pass (29.9 lunar distances, 0.0769 AU), travelling at 5.87 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system at 04:00 UT,  24th March, 2010.

The Lunar Distance (LD), the distance between Earth and the Moon, equals 384,401 km, (or 0.00256 AU).
