Mobile phone operator 3 is joining forces with Skype to introduce a new low-cost handset that will allow users to make free calls using the mobile internet, the Guardian has reported. A Skype mobile phone will be launched later this year and will be available to contract and pre-pay customers, according to the newspaper.
