Howard stargazers plan to open observatory at Alpha Ridge

Astronomy club members expect to announce at a star party Saturday that their nonprofit organisation has officially partnered with the Department of Recreation and Parks to erect the county's first astronomical observatory at Alpha Ridge Park in Marriottsville.
