Comet C/2009 O3 (Hill) was discovered on the 29th July, 2009, by R. Hill, from the Catalina Sky Survey.
The Preliminary orbital elements indicate the comet has a perihelion Passage on the 21st April 2009, at a distance of 1.9 AU from the Sun.
