The Committee for Small Body Nomenclature of the international astronomical union (Harvard, USA) has approved the suggestion of the discoverers of the asteroid 204831 the object to be named "Vassil Levski".
This informed the University centre for cosmic research and technologies of the Faculty of physics at "St. Kliment Ohridski" university. The asteroid marked also as 2007 PQ28 was found in the summer of 2007 by Bulgarian astronomers.
