Asteroid (105) Artemis is at Opposition in the constellation Virgo at ~12:20 UT, 3rd April 2017.

Magnitude: 10.5 V
Distance to Earth: 1.070 AU 
Distance to Sun: 2.068 AU

On 2015 Aug 14 UT, the 116 km diameter asteroid (105) Artemis will occult a 8.0 mag star HD 30285 in the constellation Orion for observers along a path across Mexico.
