Tombaugh Regio

Tombaugh Regio is a prominent surface feature of the dwarf planet Pluto. It is a large, light-coloured region about 1,590 km across.
NASA initially referred to it as a "heart" in reference to its overall shape.
The name Tombaugh Regio is currently unofficial.
