Are you ready for the total Solar Eclipse of March 29 ?
On March 29, 2006, a total eclipse of the Sun will be visible from a few lucky parts of the Earth. The moon will completely obscure the sun and cause almost total darkness for a few minutes. Such an event only happens every few years and often the Sun isn't totally obscured by the Moon as it will be in this case. That's what makes this an extra special event.
Various parts of the world will experience this unique event: from South America, Africa, Middle East to West Asia. The totality will be seen in countries like central Africa,, Egypt, Turkey, Russia and Mongolia
