NGC 18 is a magnitude +13.4 and +13.6 double star located near to NGC 16 in the constellation Pegasus.
The double star was discovered by Swedish astronomer Per Magnus Herman Schultz using a 24.38 cm (9.6 inch) f/17.7 Steinheil refractor at the Uppsala Observatory, Sweden on the 15th October 1866.
