NGC 7076 (also Abell 75 and PK 101+08.1) is a magnitude +13.5 planetary nebula located in the constellation Cepheus.

The planetary nebula was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road in Slough, Berkshire on the 15th October 1794.

Right Ascension 21h 26m 24.1s, Declination +62° 53' 30"
