NGC 7765 (also MCG 4-56-15 or PGC 72596) is a magnitude +14.6 spiral galaxy located 352 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by Irish astronomer R. J. Mitchell, assistant to William Parsons, 3rd Earl of Rosse, using the 'Parsonstown Leviathan' 182.88 cm (72 inch) reflector at Birr Castle on the 12th October 1855.
