NGC 7815 is a magnitude +14.4 star located in the constellation Pegasus.
The star was discovered by Swedish astronomer Per Magnus Herman Schultz using a 24.38 cm (9.6 inch) f/17.7 Steinheil refractor at the Uppsala Observatory, Sweden on the 2nd October 1866.
