NGC 7747 (also MCG 4-56-5, UGC 12772 and PGC 72328) is a magnitude +13.6 barred spiral galaxy located 354 million light years away in the constellation Pegasus.

The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 23rd September 1873. 

Right Ascension 23h 45m 32.5s, Declination +27° 21' 38"
