NGC 860 (also PGC 8606) is a magnitude +14.3 elliptical galaxy located 406 million light years away in the constellation Triangulum.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 18th September 1871.
