NGC 113 (also MCG -1-2-16 and PGC 1656) is a magnitude +13.1 elliptical galaxy located 205 million light-years away in the constellation Cetus.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Wilhelm Tempel using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/19 refracting telescope at the Arcetri Observatory on the 27th August 1876.
