NGC 7073 (also IRAS 21267-1142, MCG -2-54-10 and PGC 69947) is a magnitude +13.5 spiral galaxy located 255 million light-years away in the constellation Capricornus.

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector in Malta on the 25th August 1864.

Right Ascension 21h 29m 26.0s, Declination -11° 29' 19"
