NGC 4367 is a magnitude +14.3 double star located in the constellation Virgo.
The double star was discovered by German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 19th April 1865.
