NGC 4532 (also IRAS 12317+0644, MCG 1-32-103, UGC 7726 and PGC 41811) is a magnitude +11.9 irregular galaxy located 92 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 13th April 1784.
