NGC 2915 (also ESO 37-3, IRAS 09265-7624 and PGC 26761) is a magnitude +12.7 blue dwarf galaxy located 12.3 million light-years away in the constellation Chamaeleon.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at the Cape of Good Hope on the 31st March 1837.
