On the evening of November 10, 1823, it is said that a stony meteorite penetrated the roof of a house in Waseda, Yedo, which is now a part of Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

The Waseda (stony) meteorite fell in Shinjuku-ku, Japan, on the 10th November 1823. 
An unknown total mass was recovered.

Nothing is known of the present whereabouts of the meteorite or about the reactions of the inhabitants of the house to their surprise celestial visitor.
