Meteors Seen By Day 1929

On the morning of Sunday, July 7, at about 10 o'clock, two loud reports similar to those caused by blasting were heard and two fireballs were supposed to have been seen. The fireballs exploded and left a milky-looking cloud behind. Some people living in iron houses thought it was an earthquake shock.
This took place about 20 or 30 miles east of Collie.
