The 120 - 260 metre wide asteroid 2012 VA5 will make a close pass (43.1 lunar distances, 0.1109 AU), travelling at 9.35 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 19th December, 2012 @ 12:41 UT ±00:01.
