The 260 - 590 metre wide asteroid 2003 UX34 will make a close pass (73.2 lunar distances, 0.1882 AU), travelling at 25.74 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 14th September, 2012 @ 16:24 UT ±00:01.
