The 49 - 110 metre wide asteroid 2012 RL2 will make a close pass (20.7 lunar distances, 0.0532 AU), travelling at 5.29 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 16th September, 2012 @ 17:55 UT ±00:07.
