The International Astronomical Union (IAU) has approved new names for two craters and a serpens on Mars.
Aeolis Serpens for a 538.55-km-long Martian feature located at -1.38°S, 149.57°E.The feature was named in honour of the classical albedo feature.
Cayon for a 27.31-km-wide Martian crater located at -35.93°S, 113.62°E.The feature was named in honour of a town in Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Fancy for a 49.44-km-wide Martian crater located at -35.45°S, 113.6°E.The feature was named in honour of a town in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
