Update:
The 49 - 110 metre wide asteroid 2012 HL8 will make a close pass (51.2 lunar distances, 0.1316 AU), travelling at 6.64 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 25th May, 2012 @ 23:16 UT ±00:01.
