The 140 - 310 metre wide asteroid 2001 QN142 will make a close pass (74.5 lunar distances, 0.1915 AU), travelling at 13.43 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 15th May, 2012 @ 00:54 UT ±00:01.
