The 43 - 96 metre wide asteroid 2012 DX13 will make a close pass (4.9 lunar distances, 0.0125 AU), travelling at 24.42 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 25th February, 2012 @ 15:19 UT ±00:01.
