The 67 - 150 metre wide asteroid 2012 AC3 will make a close pass (28.3 lunar distances, 0.0726 AU), travelling at 5.88 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 23rd January, 2012 @ 10:25 UT ±00:26.
