Update:
The 42 - 93 metre wide asteroid 2011 WQ46 will make a close pass (45.0 lunar distances, 0.1156 AU), travelling at 5.81 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 10th December, 2011 @ 13:49 UT ±00:18.

The 41 - 91 metre wide asteroid 2011 WQ46 will make a close pass (45.0 lunar distances, 0.1156 AU), travelling at 5.82 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 10th December, 2011 @ 16:35 UT ±15:15.
