Update:
The 12 - 28 metre wide asteroid 2003 XV will make a close pass (1.1 lunar distances, 0.0027 AU), travelling at 11.93 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 7th December, 2011 @ 06:41 UT ±00:01.

The 12 - 27 metre wide asteroid 2003 XV will make a close pass (10.2 lunar distances, 0.0262 AU), travelling at 12.66 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 4th December, 2011 @ 02:59 UT ±2 days 19:31.
