Update:
The 270 - 590 metre wide asteroid 2011 SR69 will make a close pass (44.5 lunar distances, 0.1143 AU), travelling at 6.63 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 26th November, 2011 @ 11:22 UT ±00:01.

The 300 - 670 metre wide asteroid 2011 SR69 will make a close pass (43.8 lunar distances, 0.1125 AU), travelling at 6.89 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 26th November, 2011 @ 01:02 UT ±1 day 19:17.
