Update:
The 54 - 120 metre wide asteroid 2004 JN1 will make a close pass (57.3 lunar distances, 0.1473 AU), travelling at 8.96 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 1st December, 2011 @ 05:42 UT ±04:54.
