Update:
The 240 - 540 metre wide asteroid 2005 CJ will make a close pass (31.9 lunar distances, 0.0818 AU), travelling at 9.88 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 27th October, 2011 @ 11:10 UT ±00:01.

The 230 - 520 metre wide asteroid 2005 CJ will make a close pass (32.2 lunar distances, 0.0827 AU), travelling at 9.87 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 27th October, 2011 @ 16:03 UT ±1 day 03:27.
