The 210 - 460 metre wide asteroid 2011 NZ will make a close pass (73.5 lunar distances, 0.1889 AU), travelling at 4.82 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 29th July, 2011 @ 10:35 UT ±1 day 06:48.
