The 160 - 350 metre wide asteroid 2011 CP4 will make a close pass (9.1 lunar distances, 0.0233 AU), travelling at 30.47 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 23rd February, 2012 @ 14:07 UT ±00:17.
