The 29 - 64 metre wide asteroid 2010 XA24 will make a close pass (5.5 lunar distances, 0.0142 AU), travelling at 11.54 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 13th December, 2010 @ 09:37 UT ±10 minutes.
