Supernova 2010jb

A magnitude 15.6 type Ia supernova, 2010jb, was discovered by Stuart Parker (New Zealand) on the 30th October, 2010, in the galaxy IC 1615 in the constellation Phoenix.
The supernova is located 6" East and 6" South from the center of the galaxy.

Position (2000): RA 01 04 07.68, Dec -51°08'05".4
