The magnitude 15.4 asteroid (1200) Imperatrix will occult the magnitude 3.9 multiple star Gamma Librae (HD 138905) in the constellation Libra, at 05:13 UT, 28th July 2010.
The 5.5 second event is visible from Central America and Hawaii.
