A tropical storm has made landfall in northern Vietnam, bringing heavy rains and high winds.
Seven people are reported missing after Typhoon Conson - now downgraded to a tropical storm - hit coastal areas.

Typhoon Conson has arrived in southern China after hitting the Philippines where 38 people were killed.
Chinese state media said Conson made landfall on the southern tip of the island province of Hainan.
The storm is expected to add to the worst floods in China in more than a decade, which have already killed 135 people so far this month.

Tropical Storm Conson has formed in the north-western Pacific Ocean. The tropical storm is predicted to make landfall in the northern Philippines.
