Kilbourn fall occurred on June 16, 1911, in Columbia County, Wisconsin. A single stone weighing 772 grams penetrated the roof of a barn occupied by the land owner, William Gaffney. Kilbourn is an H5 chondrite.

At about 5:20 p.m. on Friday, June 16, 1911, the meteor fell through the barn roof on my grandfather's farm, which is located on present day Golden Avenue near Big Spring. Some years ago I had the opportunity to visit the farm on Golden Avenue with my aunt, Mae Gaffney Fronk, but do not recall the address.
Unfortunately the log barn, which was the site of the fall no longer exists.
