Update
The 87 - 190 metre wide asteroid 2010 GM65 will make a close pass (14.9 lunar distances, 0.0383 AU), travelling at 21.05 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 12th October, 2011 @ 14:25 UT ±23:49.

The Lunar Distance (LD), the distance between Earth and the Moon, equals 384,401 km, (or 0.00256 AU).
