Confirmed:
A magnitude 16.9 Type Ia supernova, 2010ai, was discovered by K. Itagaki on the 11th March, 2010, in an anonymous galaxy in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The supernova is located 12" West and 1" South from the center of the galaxy.

A possible magnitude 16.9 supernova was discovered on the 11th March, 2010, in a  galaxy in the constellation Coma Berenices. 
The supernova is located 12' West and 1' South from the center of the galaxy.

Position (2000): RA 12 59 24.03, Dec +27 59 47.1
