The 98 - 220 metre wide asteroid 2002 XQ40 will make a close pass (46.7 lunar distances, 0.1199 AU), travelling at 14.61 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 17th December, 2012 @ 12:37 UT ±00:01.

The 100 - 230 metre wide asteroid 2002 XQ40 will make a close pass (45.2 lunar distances, 0.1161 AU), travelling at 14.33 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 18th May, 2010.
