A Russian Proton M-Briz M rocket is scheduled to launch a Raduga 1M-2 geosynchronous military communications satellite, from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan at 03:18 MST (00:18 UT), 28th January, 2010.
After entering orbit the Raduga 1M-2 satellite (Rainbow-1M) will receive a Kosmos designation.
