The magnitude 16.9 asteroid (31867) 2000 EG94 will occult the magnitude 3.0 star Sadalmelik (Alpha Aquarii) from 20:28 to 20:36 UT,  3rd November, 2009.
The max duration of the occultation is expected to be 0.4 sec with the star dimming by 13.9 magnitudes.
The event is visible from Europe (34 deg north)
