The world will witness a rare astronomical event- a series of triple eclipses starting July 2009. The fist in the series of triple eclipses will be a lunar eclipse on July 7 which will be followed by a solar eclipse on July 22 and then a lunar eclipse on August 6.
Saturn can still be found in the evening sky of July. By looking high in the southwestern sky after sunset, you will be able to find the golden glow of this planet. As July begins, Saturn's rings are tilted towards the Earth by only 3.2 degrees and by months' end, only 1.9 degrees. Looking at Saturn through a telescope will reveal this nearly edge-on ring system. By the end of July, Saturn sets just 30 minutes after the Sun.
