        probability for CAT 1 or above is 75% in about 12 hours

    Taipei (25.0 N, 121.5 E)
        probability for CAT 1 or above is 55% in about 24 hours

Tropical cyclone Sinlaku, currently centred about 400 km east of Manila, Philippines, is forecast to move slowly north-westward to northward and will reach typhoon intensity in 24 hours.
